This promotion is offering a Pepsi in-game rewards pack with every promotional Pepsi product – these rewards can be redeemed in EA SPORTS FC™ 25 on Supported Platforms.

• Each Pepsi in-game rewards pack for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 includes 400 Season Points and 1 x cosmetic customization item. You can redeem up to five (5) in-game rewards sets for up to five (5) promotional Pepsi products purchased.  

To participate, purchase any specially marked promotional Pepsi product, scan the on-pack QR code to be directed to www.pepsimax.com.au/promotions where you will find a link to the promotion website: www.australia.pepsifc25.com. Create a Pepsi Promo account or login using your email and password, link your EA Account and enter the unique code from your promotional Pepsi product to receive in-game rewards. The promotion is open from 6:00pm AEDT (Sydney time) on 16/12/2024.  Ends at 11:59pm AEDT (Sydney time) on 28/02/2025. 

You must be 18 years old or over to enter the Promotion.

The unique code can be found under the label for bottles or in the cartons for multipacks.

You will be required to retain the Promotional Pepsi product packaging to find the unique code on-pack and then enter this code on the Promotion website.   

Entrants are advised to keep each Promotional Pepsi product packaging until the end of the Promotion.  

A full list of participating Pepsi products can be found under the ‘Promotional Products’ section of the Terms and Conditions. To help you identify if it’s a promotional product – look out for special limited-edition design and ‘EVERY SPECIALLY MARKED PEPSI WINS’ message on these products.

Promotional products should be available in all retailers who usually stock the products listed in ‘Promotional Products’ section of the Terms and Conditions.

Purchase any ‘EVERY SPECIALLY MARKED PEPSI WINS’ promotional product, see ‘Promotional Products’ section of the Terms and Conditions for details. Scan the on-pack QR code to be directed to www.pepsimax.com.au/promotions where you will find a link to the promotion website: www.australia.pepsifc25.com.  

Upon first visit to the promotional website, you will be required to create a Pepsi Promo account by completing the online form (full name, email address, country, city) and verifying your email address.  

Once you’ve created and verified your Pepsi Promo account, you’ll be required to login for all following unique codes redemptions.  

In order to receive Pepsi in-game rewards for EA SPORTS FC™ 25, you need to enter your EA Account credentials which will link your EA Account to your Pepsi Promo account, accept the T&Cs and confirm you are 18 years or over at the time of entry. Then you will be asked to enter the unique code from your purchased Pepsi product (see Question 5 for where to find the code). When a valid unique code has been entered and validated, it will automatically appear in your EA Account.  

Then launch the EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game on an applicable platform, log in using the EA Account that is linked to your Pepsi Promo account, enter the Ultimate Team™ mode in the game, and navigate to the Ultimate Team™ Store to open your Pepsi Ultimate Team™ Pack. If you have EA SPORTS FC™ 25 open during the code redemption process on the Promotional website, you will need to re-launch the game. 

During the unique code redemption process, you will be required to enter your EA Account credentials (username and password) and link your Pepsi Promo account with your EA Account. When valid details have been entered, the two accounts will be connected.

If you do not have an EA Account, you can visit www.ea.com and create one, by following the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en/eadp_check/signup/. An EA Account can only be linked to one Pepsi Promo account in its lifetime. In-game rewards will be available only on the first platform of EA SPORTS FC™ 25 that you log into with your linked EA Account. If you accidentally linked the wrong EA Account to your Pepsi Promo account and you haven't yet redeemed any Pepsi in-game rewards on the first EA account: 

• Visit https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index and log into your EA Account. 

• Click on "unlink" to unlink your accounts. 

• Once your accounts are unlinked, visit this page again to link the correct EA Account to your Pepsi Promo account.

Each Pepsi in-game rewards pack includes: 

1. 400 Season points; and 

2. One of the following cosmetic customization items: 

• Pack #1: 6 x ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi kits; 

• Pack #2: 3 x ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi TIFOs; 

• Pack #3: 3 x ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi XL TIFOs; 

• Pack #4: 3 x ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi Stadium Themes; 

• Pack #5: 3 x ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi Crests. 

In-game content is available as long as online services for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game are available. Important information on the EA online features, including availability, can be found at ea.com/service-updates. 

Each participant can redeem a maximum of x5 unique codes from promotional Pepsi products and receive x5 Pepsi in-game rewards packs per EA Account.

Pepsi in-game rewards packs for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 are allocated in the following order: 

1. Pack 1 includes: 6 ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi kits +400 Season Points; 

2. Pack 2 includes: 3 ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi TIFOs + 400 Season Points; 

3. Pack 3 includes: 3 ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi XL TIFOs + 400 Season Points; 

4. Pack 4 includes: 3 ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi Stadium Themes + 400 Season Points; 

5. Pack 5 includes: 3 ‘Thirsty For More’ Pepsi Crests + 400 Season Points. 

To receive the Pepsi rewards in your EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game: 

• Launch your EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game on a Supported Platform and sign into the same EA Account that you connected your Pepsi Promo account with.  

• Enter the Ultimate Team™ mode to see your rewards. Valid claimants will see a pop-up message upon entering Ultimate Team™ mode that states that you have been granted Pepsi reward content.  

• Go to Ultimate Team™ Store to receive your rewards and start using them straight away.  

Please note that rewards are limited per EA Account and will be granted to your EA Account on the first Supported Platform that you used to sign into the game with, after entering a successfully validate unique code from promotional Pepsi product.  

Unfortunately, not. Once rewards content has been awarded to one EA Account, the content cannot be transferred to another EA Account.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Your rewards will only be valid and appear in the EA Account that you’ve connected with Pepsi Promo account.

In the unlikely event that the unique code from your promotional Pepsi product is not processing on your Pepsi Promo Account or is appearing as invalid, please check that all the digits are correct.

Your Pepsi in-game rewards pack should be available in your EA Account and be redeemable in EA SPORTS FC™ 25 within 24 hours after completing the unique code validation and redemption process on the Promotion website.  

If you were logged into the game during rewards redemption process, please exit the game and re-login for the content to appear. Please make sure you use the EA Account that you’ve already connected with your Pepsi Promo account.  

Please ensure you’re logged into your EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game on a Supported Platform. Supported Platforms are PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC via EA app, Steam or Epic. Offer is not available on Nintendo Switch™.  

In the unlikely event that your reward does not appear in the in-game Store after 24 hours please inform us by contacting https://help.ea.com.  

If you do not get in touch, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the reward or limit its value at its sole discretion.

It usually takes up to 24 hours for Pepsi rewards pack to appear in your EA Account after unique code from Pepsi product is successfully validated on the Promotion website. 

If you were logged into the game during rewards redemption process, please exit the game and re-login for the content to appear. Please make sure you use the EA Account that you’ve already connected with your Pepsi Promo account.  

If you are still experiencing an issue with Pepsi in-game rewards pack for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 not appearing in your EA Account after 24 hours, please contact https://help.ea.com. 

Entrants are advised to keep each promotional Pepsi product packaging until they have redeemed their Pepsi in-game rewards pack in the EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game. 

If you do not get in touch, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the reward or limit its value at its sole discretion. 

If you have entered x30 invalid codes on the Promotion website, your Pepsi Promo Account will be flagged / temporarily blocked, and you will be temporarily locked out of it.

You can redeem your unique codes from promotional Pepsi products to receive Pepsi in-game rewards pack for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 until 23:59 on 28 February 2025.

No, after purchasing your promotional Pepsi product there are no additional charges, other than any you may incur using data associated with your mobile phone network or Internet provider.  

Please note that Internet access, an EA Account, EA SPORTS FC™25 game (sold separately) on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC via EA app, Steam or Epic (“Supported Platforms”), a compatible video game device (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC) (sold separately), and a valid email address are required in order to participate in the Promotion.  

First and foremost, your personal information will be used to send you a verification email to verify your Pepsi Promo account.

We take fraudulent claims very seriously and implement processes and checks to ensure all entrants are complying with the Terms and Conditions.  

As part of the anti-fraud measures that the Promoter is taking against suspicious accounts and activities on the Promotion website, entrants are advised to keep each Promotional Pepsi product packaging until they have redeemed their Pepsi in-game rewards pack in the EA SPORTS FC™ 25 game.

No additional software is required to participate in the Promotion.  

Should you wish to scan the QR code on the promotional Pepsi product that will take you to the Promotion website, you will need access to your mobile phone camera. A device with Internet access will also be required.
