Entry Restrictions: The Promotion is open to Australian residents currently living in Australia, aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to claim.
“Immediate families” includes a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, step-parent, child or step-child (whether natural or adopted), sibling or step-sibling (whether natural or adopted), grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
Promotion Period: Starts at 6:00pm AEDT (Sydney time) on 16/12/2024. Ends at 11:59pm AEDT (Sydney time) on 28/02/2025.
Gift: Every valid claim will receive 1 x in-game pack containing Pepsi Ultimate Team™ customisation items and 400 Season Points for EA SPORTS FC™ 25. There are multiples of five (5) different in-game packs available as below and the in-game pack provided to a claimant will depend on the code found in the Promotional Product. Each Promotional Product carries one code.
EA Account, EA SPORTS FC™ 25 (“Game”) (sold separately) on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC via EA app, Steam or Epic (“Supported Platforms”), and a compatible video game device (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One or PC, each sold separately) are required. Not available on Nintendo Switch. Participants can visit www.ea.com and create an EA Account (if they do not have one already) by following the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en/eadp_check/signup/. EA Account registration requires agreement to EA’s User Agreement and acknowledgement that EA’s Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to your use of EA’s services.

How to Redeem Gift: Claimants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Purchase a Promotional Product outlined below and obtain an itemised receipt.

Scan the QR code on the Promotional Product to be directed to www.pepsimax.com.au/promotions where you will find a link to the promotion website www.australia.pepsifc25.com

Click on the promo website link and log in to their Pepsi Promo account or create one for free by completing the online form, providing the requested details (full name, email address and postcode) and creating a username and password;

Enter their EA account credentials to link their EA account to their Pepsi Promo account on the Website; and
-
Enter the code found inside the Promotional Product in their Pepsi Promo account to view the Gift they have received. The code will either be located under the label for bottles or in the cartons for multipacks.

To redeem the Gift, claimants must:
i. Launch EA SPORTS FC™25 on a Supported Platform, sign into the same EA Account used for their claim and proceed to the Ultimate Team™ mode. In-Game content is limited per game platform and will be granted to a claimant’s EA Account on the first Supported Platform that the claimant signs into the Game after completing the above steps;
ii. Valid claimants will see a pop-up message in-Game stating that they have been granted Pepsi reward content; and
iii. They must then go to the ‘Store’ and redeem their Gift.
Redemption Conditions:

Claimants must redeem the Gift by 11:59pm AEST 30/06/25. Any claims received that do not meet the requirements stipulated in these Terms & Conditions or are received after the redemption period has lapsed will be void and invalid.

Gifts will be granted within 24 hours after completing all the registration steps above and after claimants have connected their EA Account. If a claimant is logged into the Game during completion of these steps, they will need to exit the Game and re-login for the content to appear. In the unlikely event that a Gift does not appear in the participant’s in-Game Store within 24 hours the participant must inform the Promoter by emailing its Consumer Relations Centre at help-PepsiPromo2024Australia@promowinners.com. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Gift or limit its value at its sole discretion.

Claims for Gifts are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that they are received by the Promoter. Each claimant must create their own claim and only submit a claim in their own name.
Claimants must retain the itemised receipt as proof of purchase that states the time and date of purchase(s) made within the Promotion Period and that pre-dates the time and date of the claim(s), as they may be required at any time for validation and in order for the claimant to receive the Gift. There is a limit of one Promotional Product per claim, however if an individual has one receipt that includes multiple Promotional Products, then they can use one (1) receipt to claim multiple times during the Promotion Period.
Maximum Number of Claims: A Promotional Product may only be used to claim once. Maximum of five (5) Gifts permitted per EA Account. There is a limit of 10 promotional entries with a valid code per day per person. A claimant will be locked out of their Pepsi promo account if they have thirty (30) invalid code claim attempts during the Promotion Period.
TERMS OF OFFER
These Terms of Offer must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology used in these Terms of Offer. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms of Offer, the Schedule prevails.

By participating in the Promotion, claimants accept these Terms of Offer.

Participation in the Promotion is open only to claimants who comply with the Entry Restrictions. To participate in the Promotion, claimants must follow the steps provided on how to redeem, the Gift.

Claimant may submit up to the Maximum Number of Claims. Claims must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

Any form of automated claim using any device or software is prohibited and will render a claim invalid.

Each claimant must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the claiming of the Gift, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material in any medium throughout the world.

Incomplete or indecipherable claims and/or claims that, in the Promoter’s judgment, contain offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate material or that infringe any third party rights will be invalid and not eligible for a Gift.

If a claimant is unable to or refuses or fails to take part in any element of this Promotion, or a claim is deemed not to comply with these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that claimant’s claim and proceed as if that claimant had not participated in the Promotion.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Claimants must retain a copy of their itemised purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to the claim.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

If, due to any reason whatsoever, the Promoter becomes aware after a claimant has received a Gift that the claimant has not complied with these Terms of Offer, that claimant will have no entitlement to the Gift, and that claimant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make Gift of the Gift.

No Gift is transferable or exchangeable, nor can it be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a claimant does not take the Gift at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the Gift will be forfeited by the claimant and cash will not be supplied for that Gift.

Where a Gift is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Gift another item of equal or higher value or specification as determined by the Promoter. Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, substitute cash for any Gift.
General

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected claims.

Without limiting any other paragraph, the Promoter may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these terms, subject to applicable laws.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”), the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a Gift.

The information claimants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, claimants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including (where the claimant has opted in) contacting claimants via electronic messaging. The Promoter may disclose claimants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with claimants. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these Terms of Offer or the Schedule or in any advertisement relating to this Promotion to ‘dollars’ or ‘$’ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
